Perky and cute as she is, I don't think she's helped me at all. Her recipes are usually respectable, but I'd rather just go to the source - if I want a tex-mex dish, I'll get a tex-mex cookbook. If I want a japanese dish - I sure won't find it in her book. Am I right? There's scant authenticity in lots of her cuisine, which counts me out.
