*1 pack ham cut into 3/4 strips
*1/4 cup cheese,grated
*1 pack egg roll wrapper
*1 pc egg whites
*2 cups oil
HONEY MUSTARD DIP:
*1/2 cup mayonnaise
*2 tbsp mustard
*2 tbsp honey
1. roll a piece of the ham strip and place on one side of the egg roll wrapper. Top ham with a teaspoon of grated cheese. Brush the edges of the wrapper with egg whites then fold to make a triangle.
2. Do the same with the rest. Deep fry the ham triangles in the oil until golden brown.
3. For dip,combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Serve ham and cheese triangles with honey mustard dip.
