Since main purpose of writing is communication, you should keep your reader frequently in your mind. No matter whatever you write about. It is important to remember only one “reader” not readers. It will help you to write in communicative method.
This is not always easy to do. Because, you may tend to write for you. You may become inward-looking. You will then need you to emerge from this self-absorption.
You must keep your eyes on your reader.
Writing should be done neatly. It means taking trouble-ordering your thoughts in the most in logical sequence and wording them in the lucid language. If you fail to do in clarifying your ideas, you will confuse your reader.
Think yourself into the mind of another person or keep yourself in the place of another person. You can do it. It will be more useful to write more naturally than artificially. Use words in such type, that will keep absorbed your reader in your writing. Writing is a style. It can be acquired only by practice. Remember, practice makes man perfect.
