Customized books: Identity Direct

I ordered a customized Christmas Adventure book from Identity Direct and they royally screwed up my order. You give them the names you want in the book and they did an absolute horrible job! I’m not sure if its because the names are in Spanish and they didn’t believe those were real names so they made up their own or what but its horrible. I wrote them for my money back. Buyer Beware!
