There are a lot of talented writers out there today. I have three top favorite authors, who really got me into reading.
Mary Higgins Clark is the one who got me into wanting to read none stop. The first book I read I wanted to read until the book was finished. I have read a quite a few of her books and they are all great to me.
The first book that I read from cover to cover, was a book by Stephen King. I was a freshman in high school. Years later I am still reading his books and understanding them a lot better than I did with the first one.
I am a fan of Ann Rice also. I read a lot of the vampire chronicles. I think she is an excellent writer with many things to offer.
These are just a couple that I have read, but they have gotten most of my attention.
