Curious George is such a little goofball that it is hard to get mad at him. That is why I have always loved reading his books. In Curious George gets a Medalby H.A. Rey, George gets a letter delivered to him but he can not read, so he decides to write his own letter, but makes a huge mess. He wants to get it cleaned up before the man in the yellow hat gets home, but he winds up making a bigger mess. So he goes to get the pump from a farm but needs something strong to pull it. He ends up letting the pigs out of their pen, and then gets a cow to pull the pump. But the farmers start to chase George and the cow, but he jumps off the cow and onto a truck that takes him to a musuem. While he is there, he makes a dinosaur exhibit crash. Professor Wisemen locks him up until he realizes that George was the monkey that he sent a letter to asking him to go into space for them. George goes into space for them and then gets a medal for doing it, being everyones hero.
This is a cute classic. Curious George will never go out of style.
