despite the numerous vampire stories in our planet, anne rice’s vampire chronicle is probably one of the best so far. the new addition to the vampire books is the twilight series by stephenie meyer. quite exciting the story i might say. and the love angle is cleverly plotted, something unique in a way only meyer can concoct to a brewing perfection. what troubles me is the way meyer described her vampire characters. its almost similar to how anne rice depicted her own blood suckers. is there a relation between the two books? just askin…
at any rate, i wish for the success of the twilight series. as for anne rice’s, well it is still a best seller, not to mention her other creation apart from the vampire chronicle. good show!
