Anybody But Jason

I read the book Anybody but Jason, which was yet another free kindle book Amazon gave away for free. It was a very short read that took me a couple of hours, maybe less to read. What I liked about it was that is what a sort of romance type of book rather than the raunchy ones that Amazon usually likes to throw our way. This girl falls in love with her ex best friend, Jason and he has deep feelings for her too. They recognize that chemistry and finally get together after so long. Her mom calls her in a panic to pick her up. She hasn’t talked to her mom in years since her dad beat her mom so much and her mom told her to stay out of their lives. Well she finally gave in and let her daughter and Jason take her to the safe house. The girl went home with Jason and soon realized the reason why she was pushing him away was because she was afraid he was a player like her dad. In the end it works out and is a beautiful ending.
