The Overton Window

I’m a regular Glenn Beck listener, watcher, and reader so when I opened the novel I assumed it would be a good tale but I pretty much knew all he had to say. So I started out reading. The story-line is fine and held my attention. I was drawn into Noah – liking him and even liked the father for a substantial part of the novel. In point of fact, it took me a while to warm up to Molly as she definitely had an agenda. I think the greatest surprisal was that it wasn’t as predictable as I presumed it would be – and when I made to the part about the “plan” the last entry on the list just shocked me. I will not give it away – but that actually has been my lingering nagging question. Anyway – if you hate Glenn you will hate his novel – if you like Glenn you will probably like his novel. If you are like me and think you have picked up all he’s to say – you will be very pleased you read it. He has not done teaching just yet. The Overton Window was a fast paced, easy to read thriller that humbled me back down into finding out mode…unquestionably worth your time.
