Too Much Junk Food

Do you have children who could eat candy and Twinkies all day? Do they prefer to eat chips with a baked potato? Or drink sodas instead of milk or water? Well, if so see a copy of The Berenstain Bears and too much junk food. It is by Stan Berenstain Mama Notices and January, a day when children are raiding the office, that each increase in weight, so she decided to do something. No more balls Colas and sugar for children. She takes them to the grocery store with her and they are naturally tempted by all the sweets and candies.

They run into the doctor tells them to stop by her office tomorrow. The doctor gives radiographs children so they can see inside their bodies and give them some helpful tips, such as exercise. It explains how your body needs food nutitious to help them survive. Thus, all four bears begin an exercise program and training run three miles city is there. They will not win, but they win in order to change their eating habits and exercise habits.

I suggest reading this book and then see if your family can do what the bear family did. Will be fun referring to history to see what they can do better than the bear or not.
